英语毕业论文-The Prevalence of SARS and the Ecological Ethics

Abstract] This article analyzes some factors leading probably to SARS′ outbreak and prevalence that come from ecological environment crisis. It is under the impression that the ecological environment crisis is fundamentally a moral crisis of human being. The abrupt event gives us more introspection. It explains that retaining sustainable development of ecological environment is the ecological ethics ideas that we must erect. [Key Words] SARS         PREVALENCE     SUSTAINAINABLE DEVELOPMENT      ECOLOGICAL ETHICS IDEALS   The prevalence of an infectious disease takes place by the influence of certain natural and social elements. As a new infectious disease, SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)  outbreak and prevalence is not only concerned with many social factors, for example, whether or not a government publishing information timely and perfectly setting up the emergent system of Public Health Emergency etc., and but the influence of bad ecological environment(that is a nature factor) is also an important element that isn’t negligent, eg, the destruction of forest reserves, environmental pollution, and the depredation of biological species,etc.. The main reasons for bringing about bad ecological environment are: people’s bad diet manners, people’s abnormal needs, some market economy system and economic globalization’s defects and governmental behavor’s mistakes,etc.. However, the outbreak and prevalence of SARS is fundamentally the crisis of the mankind’s ecological ethic. This forces us to erect the ecological ethics ideas of the sustainable development which include several contents as follows: （1）the mankind rationally controlling their own needs;（2）economical activities conforming to the ecological Law so as to obtain better developing right;（3）meeting thneeds of the future generation fairly in development and environment;（4）the mankind getting along harmoniously with Nature. The sustainable development will solve this pair of basic contradiction between the limitless needs of the mankind’s development and the limitation of natural resources. It expresses the ecological ethics ideas of the mankind getting along harmoniously and developing mutually with Nature. It not only cares about the real benefits and development of the mankind, and but it is also concerned about the oncoming benefits and development of the mankind. It also involves protecting ecological balance, economic and social development ,so that the three parts are the dialectical unity  and cannot be separated from each other.   [Reference material](ellipsis)
